TORONTO CALLING

One of the things I love about being in a cold country is being able to layer. I just love to layer so my Toronto visit is just a perfect opportunity. 

In this look, Im wearing a denim shirt and a leather jacket and a denim vest layered on top. I also DIY-ed and embellished the shoulder part with safety pins to add more character. Hype this look on my lookbook.nu post.

WHITE CHRISTMAS

So I decided to spend my Christmas holiday in Canada and the US. 'Was actually been wishing for a white Christmas even before I fly off. 

I arrived Canada on the 15th Dec and there was no sign of snow... sigh! :( hahaha!... there were slight flurries from time to time but not enough to accumulate on the ground. Usually the snow season would be around Feb so my wish is yet to come true.

On the night of the Christmas Eve, we went to a Party at the house of my friend's friend... Had fun meeting new people. When we were about to go home, I opened the door and saw everything covered  in white!!!

IT SNOWED ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!!

I felt so blessed to have my wish come true... Right there, i knew i had to take this look in the morning,

 It was a WHITE CHRISTMAS indeed.

ZOMBIE BOY

This look was inspired by the Iconic Zombie Boy and by how visible he is in the fashion scene... Ive been wanting to do this look for almost a year now and been patiently waiting for Halloween to do this look. Hahaha! 
So finally, last Saturday we attended the biggest Halloween celebration here in Singapore and there you go... I dressed up like ZOMBIE BOY!!! 

I DIY-ed the Blazer's lapel with safety pins since my bow tie is embellished with pins too. I wanted to do studs and spikes but decided to keep it along the bow tie's concept.

UNIQLO SOHO NYC VISIT

So one of the perks of winning the Uniqlo's UNIQLOOK SUMMER 2011 was having the opportunity 

to visit their Flagship in our country of choice. Since i have chosen NYC, USA, i was able to visit Uniqlo Soho and did some shopping there, courtesy of Uniqlo too. I also bumped into one of the other winners, Anna Tanaka (Japan), who was also visiting and shopping at that time.
